GOD IS IN HIS PEOPLE

MONDAY_ 50-0227, E-37 Oh, if we just
had time to lean on that just a little bit now, but our time's
getting away. God in His Son, God in His Universe. God is in His--in
His Word. God in His Son, now God in His people for a few moments.
Notice, friend, was God in His people. Do you believe that God is in
His people? He certainly is. Oh, my. Notice, there was a hundred and
twenty, those cowardly people, that dared go up to Jerusalem to take
God at His Word, to stay there a little while. And all of a sudden,
while they were up there, God came down to dwell among His people.
And when He did, they went through windows, doors, and everything
else, and out into the streets; they wasn't scared anymore. Our God
came down, that third person yonder into the flesh again and lives
tonight in His people. Hallelujah. God Himself, God the Holy Ghost,
living in His people.

nights ago, standing yonder, when a minister challenged me when he
said, "Divine healing..." said, "Brother Branham is a
faker. There's nothing to him. He's a religious racketeer. There's
nothing to him. Divine healing is a fake and Brother's Branham's the
chief of all of them: a faker." I never said a word. I
walked to the platform; I said, "No, I'm not a faker."
God, Who is my Witness, and about that time coming from the heavens
come a whirl of Fire. Hallelujah. God come down and permitted the
mechanical lens to take a picture of the Holy Ghost standing over
me. God is in His people. Hallelujah. The people can be secure
right there when we all believe that God's in His people.

in His people, God in His Word, God in His servants, God in His
prophets, God in His Healing. Oh, God's here in this building
tonight? Do you believe it right now? That's right. Is God in His
creation? You believe it. Is that right? Is God in His Word? Do you
believe it? Was God in His Son? Do you believe it? Was God in His
people? Do you believe it? I can just prove that He's here now. I
believe that it's God, the Holy Ghost flowing over this building
right now, that it's the same, and heal every person in here. God is
in His people. I believe that at nighttime when He calls, I... When
He calls I take it. Hallelujah. I know you think I'm crazy. Maybe
you do, but I don't think so. I couldn't lose my...?... mind of
world I have the mind of Christ. I am He's more than life to
me...?... You may call it whatever you want to. You can call the
Holy Ghost tonight if...?... if you want to. But one day I was a
sinner; now I'm a Christian. One day I was blind; now I see. One day
I was...?... all kind...?... One day yonder another one said,
"Mr. Branham, I'm sorry to leave this burden to you, but you
are finished." Two years ago they told me, "You are
finished." And tonight I'm in the best health I ever was. God
is still in His people.

the days when the... Moses seen the Pillar of Fire, was that right?
How many believes that was the Angel of the Covenant, say,

the Angel of the Covenant was Jesus Christ.
Moses esteemed the riches of Christ greater treasures than that of Egypt, and he forsook Egypt following Jesus Christ. He followed Christ through the wilderness which was the Logos. All right.

with all my heart. I know it's so. It dovetails right in with the

Then look what He done back yonder. Look what He done in the days of His Sonship. Now, look what He's doing here in the Holy Ghost dispensation, how He has raised up and among the people. He's showing the same signs and wonders, quickening the dead. Is that right?

You say, "You're excited." No, I'm not. I know where I am. I'm not excited. Well, brother, if I'm excited, let me stay excited. I want to stay this way till I die. Hallelujah. I get more out of life staying this a way. Well, why? God is in His people, manifesting Himself in the flesh of mortal beings who's borned again. Do you believe it? Look at Elijah, after he was dead and the flesh went off his bones, they laid a dead man on his body, and God was still on him in that grave, and raised that dead--dead man up. Look at the Pentecostal experience. When they went up in the upper room, they were praying. [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] They become brave; they went out into the streets, praising God. They didn't care what the people said. God is in His people. Now, like Apostle Paul, and they put handkerchiefs on his body, sent it to the sick, and they were healed.

God is in His people showing Himself alive. God's here this
afternoon. God's in His people. Do you believe it? Sure is. Is He in
His universe? Is He in His Word? Is He in His Son? And He's in His
people. Do you know what? The Bible said you're gods because you're
a part of God; you're sons and daughters of God. When your theology
is left, all of your mental things here is not looking at anything
else but the Word of God, and the Holy Ghost comes down here to bear
witness, you are a part of God.

woman had seen God in Elijah. And she said, "I think it's nice

it." Why, she was just a few hundred years ahead of time. Jesus

the judgment it won't be forget--forgotten."
We fail to see the power that God has placed in His people. God is in His people. You believe that? God was with His people one time, when He walked on earth. But now, God is in His people. "A little while, the world sees Me no more, yet you'll see Me, for I (personal pronoun, now) will be with and in you to the end of the world." God dwells, moves, works in mankind. Hallelujah. God doesn't work through orders. He doesn't work through organizations. He works through individuals. God works in man. God doesn't do the work today. He energizes or projects His Spirit into men to do so. He said, "I am the Vine." The vine don't bear fruit. "Ye are the branches."

night, "Nathan said to David, 'Do all that's in your heart, for
God's with you.'" God is with His people, in His people.
"God in you, the hope of glory..." See? God is in His
people. He's tabernacled. Once in this pure, unadulterated body of
the Lord Jesus, by virgin birth, and that Blood cell was broke and
He made a way. You couldn't do it. You couldn't merit it. But He
merited your rights. And God, after dwelling in Christ and giving
Himself as a ransom for reconciliation, to bring man and God
together and unite them together again... When the Dove and Lamb
come together, heaven and earth kissed. Man and God was reconciled.
There you are.
