TAKE ONE WORD OUT

CONTENDING.FOR.THE.FAITH_ GEORGETOWN.IN 56-0200

E-25 Now, examine it, not by your ritual, not by the catechism, not by one... Examine it by the Word of God. For the Bible said that, "He that'll take away or add to anything that's in this Book, God will take his name out of the Book of Life." The Revelations 21st chapter says that He will do that, or 22nd chapter, rather, of the last Book of the Bible. He said, "If anybody..." God Himself, speaking through the writer, said, "if anyone shall add one word to this Book, or take one word out of It, God will take His Name from the Book of Life." And he will be destroyed. So we must stay exactly with what the Scriptures has got to say.

Now, when he found Nathanael, and he--he said, "Come, see." so he followed him. Now, let's watch what kind of a Man Jesus was. Now, if--if we wanted to find Jesus tonight, if we went... If somebody told us Jesus Christ was in Georgetown, Indiana, what... And He was in human flesh like we are tonight, what type of a person would we want to find?

HEBREWS.CHAPTER.3_ JEFF.IN HEB SUNDAY_ 57-0901M

102-100 The Angel from heaven (said to John the revelator), which was God Himself, "I, Jesus, sent My Angel to vindicate, or to show these things." He said, "If any man will add one word to It or take one Word out of It, the same will be taken out of the Book of Life for him." This is It, the Bible.

Therefore, these experiences and these things that we're having to happen here, if it wasn't vindicated by God's Word, it would be wrong; I don't care what would take place, it would be wrong. So it's Scripturally, absolutely the truth. Oh, I'm so happy I'm a member of the great Body of Christ.

LET.YOUR.LIGHT.SO.SHINE.BEFORE.MEN_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 61-0903, E-21 May You lead them. May You make preachers, singers, evangelists, missionaries for tomorrow, out of these children, if there is a tomorrow to come. Grant it, Lord. We'll dedicate them to You the best that we know how, according to Thy Scripture that Thou has left us, the holy Word, which is written in the last book of the Bible, "God will take out of the Book of Life, for that man who will take one Word out of this or add one word to it."

We realize then, that Bible is the sacred Word of God. And we cannot add one thing to It or take one thing from It; therefore, Lord, we leave It just the way You give It to us, and teach It, and try to live It by Your grace.

FELLOWSHIP_ GREEN.LAKE.WI SATURDAY_ 62-0519, E-23 And Christ is the Word. He is the Word. Upon... He said that heavens and earth would pass away, "but My Word shall never pass away." Not one word of It can fail, because it's God's Word. You cannot... In the last book of the Revelation it said, "Whosoever shall take one word out of This, or add one word to It, the same will be taken out--his part from the Book of Life."

Therefore, any creed, anything else that would add anything to the Word of God, or take anything out of It, it's death to do so, like it was to Eve in the beginning. It's a death penalty to take or add. Just take it the way It says. The Bible says, "It's of no private interpretation." It's already interpreted. Just read It and believe It. God watches over His Word to keep It. Therefore it's His Word, what we have to stand on.

END.TIME.EVANGELISM_ JEFF.IN V-10 N-5 SUNDAY_ 62-0603

68 Now, in the Book of Revelation, He said, "If any man will take one Word out of here, or add one word to It, the same will be taken, his part, out of the Book of Life.

So you see it's not just, "Well, I believe this, but I don't know about that." You've got to believe It all. Maybe you haven't got faith to stand up to It, but don't try to stand in somebody else's way.

I've often said I wished I had faith, when my life is over, to go like Enoch, not die, but just take an afternoon walk and go home with God. I'd like to do that. But if I haven't got that kind of faith, I won't stand in somebody else's way that has that kind of faith. See?

PRESUMING_ S.PINES.NC SUNDAY_ 62-0610M, E-52 Preachers, good men, fine men, preach denominational doctrine presuming that's all that's required. And when this Bible says, "Whosoever shall take one word out of it, or add one word to it, the same will be taken out of the Book of Life for him." Saying "You don't need the Holy Spirit today. That was for a day gone by." Why? They can't teach anything different. If they are, they're excommunicated. They say there's no such a thing as healing, the Holy Spirit was only give to the apostles.

Now, they get that because they're taught that in their school, presuming that that's right. But it's wrong. Heavens and earth will pass away, but God's Word will not. And He said, "Let every man's word be a lie and Mine the truth," but they presume that that's all right.

UNCERTAIN.SOUND_ SPOKANE.WA SATURDAY_ 62-0714

E-118 Do you believe that He's the same yesterday, today, and forever? The Bible said that Jesus Christ is a High Priest that can be touched by the feeling of our infirmities. Is that right? No uncertain sound about that. That's the Bible. Do you believe it gives the right sound? Every word of It is true. Don't need any interpretation. The Bible said that It's... The Scripture is no private interpretation. It's already interpreted just the way It's written. It don't need any dogmas added to it to make It this way. It needs to be just the way It is. "Whosoever shall take one word out of It or add one to It..." You believe.

If He's the same yesterday, today, and forever, the same High Priest, you have faith and touch the border of His garment, which sets at the right hand of the Majesty of God in heaven, and see if He don't answer you back. Now, what I've taught will be words in vain if God's--if Christ died and didn't raise again, if He didn't raise.

GUIDE.A_ JEFF.IN V-12 N-7 SUNDAY_ 62-1014E, 104 Yeah, Mark was led by the Holy Ghost to write Mark 16, of course. John was led when he wrote Revelation. He was led by the Guide. He was also led by the Guide to say, "Whosoever shall take one Word out of It, or add one word to It, the same will be taken, his part, out of the Book of Life."

Now, how you going to substitute something for the Word of God, and still say you're led by the Holy Ghost? Don't make sense, does it? No, sir. It doesn't.

INDICTMENT.THE_ JEFF.IN V-3 N-19 SUNDAY_ 63-0707, 26-1 Look. But now they won't have the Word rule over them. I say, "Every one of you return back; you're baptized wrong. You're baptized in the Catholic church."

"Who are you to tell us that?" It's not me; it's the Word. "But I tell you; we--we believe..." I don't care what you believe; it's what the Bible says. "Well, we don't have to live by that." You do do it, or you're under the judgment of this Bible, for, "Whosoever shall take one word out of It or add one to It, the same will be taken out of, the part, of the Book of Life"; let him be minister, clergyman, or whoever he is. You've got to come under the rulership of this Word, for It is God. The Bible says It's God. "We won't have It rule over us." They take their creeds, and denominations, and their--their little petty things that they believe in and has been adopted by councils of men, and take it instead of God's Word.

ABSOLUTE.AN_ SHREVEPORT.LA V-17 N-10 SUNDAY_ 63-1201M

95 So I needed an absolute, so I took one, God's Word. So I read in the Word that He is the Word, Saint John 1. "And upon this Absolute, I'll build My Church." That's right, so I took Him at His Word. Revelation 22:19 said, "Whosoever shall take one word out of This, or add one word to It..." That's the Absolute. That's the end of all strife. This is the Absolute. "Whoever takes anything from It, or adds anything to It," God said, "I'll just take his part out of the Book of Life," so That had to be the Absolute. And Jesus said that, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word." Then I knowed this "every Word" had to be. Said, "Precept upon precept, and line upon line..." That's the way It has to come, just as It's written.

GOD.IDENTIFIED.BY.CHARACTERISTICS_ BEAUMONT.TX V-13 N-1 WEDNESDAY_ 64-0311, 144 Heavenly Father, we're just men and women setting here tonight. But we are, as it was, handling God when we handle the Word. And, Father, I'd be afraid to try to say something that wasn't in here. I'd be afraid to try to put my own interpretation to It, because it might be wrong. And You said, "Whosoever shall take one Word out of It, or add one word to It, his part will be taken from the Book of Life." What good would my life be then, Lord, if I do an evil thing like that? So I just speak It the way It is.

UNVEILING.OF.GOD_ JEFF.IN V-9 N-1 SUNDAY_ 64-0614M

62 Now, if you notice in the beginning, one Word, page one in the Bible, in Genesis 1 we find out that the whole, all the sickness, all the sorrow, all the heartaches, and everything that's ever happened to human beings, came because one person disbelieved one Word, caused all this. That's the first of the Bible. In the last of the Bible, Revelations 22, the same God said, "Whosoever shall take one Word out of This, or add one word to It..." See, it must be word by word just the way It is.

IDENTIFIED.CHRIST.OF.ALL.AGES_ TOPEKA.KS V-20 N-1 WEDNESDAY_ 64-0617, 29 So a fellow would say, "Well, it just..." Oh, yes, it does. "It doesn't matter, as long as you're sincere."

The first Book in the Bible, what caused death, sickness, sorrow, and sin, was because one person disbelieved one Word. In the last Book of the Bible, the same God, on Revelations 22, said, "Whosoever shall take one Word out, or add one word to It, his part will be taken from the Book of Life." So that's got to be the judgment Book.

PERSEVERANT_ TOPEKA.KS V-20 N-3 FRIDAY_ 64-0619

105 You say, "That little thing, what are you saying that about?"

In the beginning, one word caused all sickness and death. The same God, at the last of the Book, said, "Whosoever shall take one Word out of It, or add one word to It..." So no matter what you do, how saintly you claim to be, how much you jump up-and-down, and cry, speak in tongues, run over the floor, or whatever you want to do, or give to the poor, or whatever you are; that isn't it. You've broke that Word; and that one Word broke, you can't go back in. Exactly right. Not one Word... You take a creed instead of the Word, because it suits you better.

That's the reason people can join church, and go to this, that, or the other, set around there; it's nothing but a lodge. It isn't a church. You're borned into the Church; you join a lodge. But you are born in a church, the Church, not a church, the Church. There's only one Church. And you...

I've been in the Branham family for fifty-five years, and they never did ask me to join the family. I was born there. That's right.

MASTERPIECE.THE_ JEFF.IN V-4 N-7 SUNDAY_ 64-0705

143 How noticeable this life is in its travel in the corn of wheat than it is in the tree. God called His people like a tree. See? The life goes down in a tree and comes back up again, goes down and comes back up. See? It goes down and comes back up. But in the corn of wheat it goes up from the original stalk through the stalk, tassel, and husk; and the thing that it passed through dies so it can't get back through it again. What is it? It's no use any more. It goes on to its perfection. Amen. Don't you see why He never used an organization? He can't get back in it again. It's dead. But the Life passes on from one to the other. See? They put creeds and inject... "Whosoever shall add one word or take one word out..." See? He's blocked off from it. It must be the Life seed traveling on.
