be afraid of him.
7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto
his servants the prophets.

[c] Secrets- beyound general understanding ; mysterious ;something known
only to some and kept from knowledge of others,
6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, [I]
the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, [and] will speak
unto him in a dream.
1 ¶ If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and

5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest
forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet
unto the nations.
28 The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath
my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What [is] the chaff to the
wheat? saith the LORD.
9 The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet
shall come to pass, [then] shall the prophet be known, that the LORD hath

And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.
12 Then the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah [the prophet], after that
Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck of the prophet
13 Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken
the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron.
14 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke
of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have
given him the beasts of the field also.
15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now,
Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to
trust in a lie.
16 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the
